Of course! We understand building your dream brand can be a big investment.
We start with an initial payment, which is 25% of the total project cost, this deposit required to secure your project start date, and it's non-refundable. The remaining balance is typically divided into 2-3 equal payments, depending on the package, and is spread out over the project's timeline.

We typically schedule projects 1-3 months in advance. Our availability tends to change with the seasons, and we like to focus only on 1-2 clients at a time to provide them the best experience and our full attention. Since our branding projects usually take around 1-2 months to complete, we recommend you get in touch as early as you can to make sure we can fit into your project timeline.
If you're in a bit of a rush and need results ASAP, we recommend booking a day at the studio with our VIP Design Days.

We share the belief that a standalone logo falls short of capturing your brand's entire narrative and essence.
Our goal is to equip you with the essential elements required to build a comprehensive and impactful brand experience, and that includes brand strategy as well as supporting design elements. So no, we do not do only logos.
